Administrative Professionals Day feels like the right time to recognize someone who makes a difference in ways that are hard to fully put into words.

Jody Hutchison is truly one of a kind. She is Melissa Kontir's second brain. Someone that be trusted fully, who is always thinking two steps ahead and keeping everything moving with care and intention.

Melissa had the privilege of knowing Jody long before they worked together, and it feels like they were meant to. She brings a level of thoughtfulness, curiosity, and consistency that impacts not just Melissa, but our entire TCB team.

What stands out just as much is who she is outside of work. Jody is always learning, always trying something new, and always showing up fully in every role she plays. We recently attended a Women in Business event with the Pocono Chamber of Commerce at the Fusia Center for the Arts.
