FAQ -
Q - Do you take personal items?
A - Yes! As long as its something easily replaceable! For example something I can get from Hobby Lobby, Amazon etc. I wont be taking your grannies letter jacket 😅 Or your $100 Lulu jacket.

Q- Whats your turnaround time? (TAT is the time between you placing your order until its shipped or ready for pick up)
A - Usually 5-7 business days. However most the time I complete items before this just depending on how many of my kids have ball games that week 🙃 If you're needing something done quickly just message, sometimes I can make it happen!

Q - How much does bringing a personal item to you for embroidery cost?
A- It varies. USUALLY around $15-20 but the price goes up depending on the stitch count. If there are several items with different names/designs there may also be a "set up fee" for the designing of each name etc.

Q- Do you do custom items?
Of course! If you're needing something made that you don't see here or on my website, just message me!
