Due to ongoing drought conditions and increased water demand, Cleveland County Water is asking all customers to voluntarily reduce water usage by at least 5%.

Cleveland County is currently experiencing severe drought conditions and rainfall levels remain significantly below normal. Your efforts to conserve water can make a big difference for our community. 💧

Here are a few important ways you can help:

✔️ Limit outdoor watering
✔️ Avoid watering during daytime hours (sunrise to sunset)
✔️ Reduce residential vehicle washing
✔️ Repair leaking faucets, toilets, and hoses
✔️ Only run full loads in dishwashers and washing machines
✔️ Avoid wasting water on driveways and sidewalks
✔️ Use water-efficient fixtures and showerheads
✔️ Water plants deeply and less frequently
