It has been brought to our attention that unlicensed and unauthorized operation of our Free Spin (r) products may be being offered in Virginia .

It is Worlds policy to investigate any and all suspect equipment that would infringe any federally protected rights . It is also our policy to contact the appropriate enforcement agency when any such system is believed to fall outside legal operations.

This will be true again this summer as reports of systems, that would seem to infringe our Charitable Solicitation Machines, come to light . Press Release: Shelbyville Tn April 30th 2018

It has come to our attention that members of the Graham’s Camp have been making false or misleading statements about our products .

It would seem that camp is insinuating that any donations to its opponents comes from gambling proceeds from Worlds of Games. Nothing could be further from the truth .

One need only read the agreed order, see attached photos ,that our products were found NOT to fall under the benchmark case law of State vs. Burkhart. Under that case specific machines and machine operation were found to be illegal and or contraband on sight.

The Agreed Order was the resolution to a years old case filed against the State. Nothing about that order has been challenged or appealed .

Subject to that order those vending machines were returned and placed back into operation.

As always Worlds of Games LLC constantly monitors the market place to insure our product, trademarks and intellectual properties are not misrepresented . Worlds is currently consulting with corporate counsel on this matter.
