Aly has been with InFocus Solutions since 2023, growing from a BDR into what many consider one of the strongest Team Leads in our history. Now leading on the service side, she works closely with both inbound and outbound teams, focusing on performance, quality, and continuous process improvement.

Known for her communication, organization, and people-first leadership style, Aly is deeply committed to setting her team up for success and making sure agents feel confident and supported in their work.

She’s known for her approachable style, strong communication, and genuine focus on building relationships.

Outside of work, Cynthia is a proud dog mom to three miniature schnauzers and one yorkie 🐶 She loves good coffee, Mexican food, and cruising on the Harley with her husband. When summer rolls around, you’ll find her poolside, soaking up the sun and good music ☀️🎶
