I’m Dr. Jo Eddins, a Doctor of Chiropractic in Hawaii and the co-founder of Banyan Systems.

I spent years building my own practice, WildBird Chiropractic & Wellness, and I loved the work of growing it. What slowed me down was learning it all the hard way. Nobody teaches you in school how to actually grow a practice, so a lot of my early energy went into trial, error, and patching up rocky ground instead of building on it.That’s why I co-founded Banyan Systems.

When you start from a solid foundation, you don’t lose years and money trying to figure it all out yourself. You grow faster and with far less guesswork, because the groundwork is already in place.

My goal is to give doctors that same foundation, whether they’re just starting out or have been running their practice for years.

Hey I’m Pearce, co-founder of Banyan Systems.

As a former college athlete, business has come naturally to me as I have a very competitive spirit, strong will, and persistence.

I picked up a camera in 2024 and have been doing marketing full time as a business owner since then. I started out making social media content for businesses, then moving into paid advertising and business systems.

Dr. Jo and I met because I signed his clinic to my marketing agency. Through working together and getting amazing results, we have partnered up to offer this blueprint to other practices.
