Enormous thanks to everyone who showed up and supported Trailhead Marketing's Grand Opening. Thank you to the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce for all of your help and continued to support. Thank you to Luminous Brewhouse for hosting the event. Thank you to Killy's Irish Pub for the incredible catering, there wasn't a single meatball left. Thank you to Sheridan Donut Company, LLC for the donuts, I hadn't even thought of a sweet treat. Thank you to ABC Signs for the beautiful wood cut sign! Thank you to The Nate Champion Band for the killer tunes and getting everyone on the dance floor. Thank you, and I look forward to continued contribution with Advocacy and Resource Center, and thank you to everyone who donated to this wonderful organization.

Trailhead Marketing can strategically get in front of your customers and potential customers. And your expertise of your customers will help us put a custom digital marketing plan that makes the best sense for your company.

Think like your customers! What is their buying process for your product or service? Is it an impulse buy at a boutique shop? Shopping around and researching a new vehicle? Looking at reviews before trying a restaurant?

How do you think they find you online? Search for you directly? Search for your competitor? Search for a broad term like "breakfast near me?" Do they just look for a phone number or do they explore your website for information?

And think broadly about your ideal customer's interests and behavior. What else do you think they're engaging with online? Fashion, finance, food, parenting, outdoors, politics?

Q: I've always used traditional marketing (radio, mailers, print, word of mouth, etc) and gotten good results, why should I expand to digital?

A: First of all, Trailhead Marketing is thrilled you're investing in growing your business or organization! We understand the benefits of a multifaceted marketing approach and encourage it. But most importantly, we want to filter your marketing dollars by retargeting your brand directly to people who have actively searched for you and/or actively visited your website...tagging themselves as high intent shoppers. We're glad you're using other marketing medias because can retarget to any user who has been sent to your website and continue to reach them at an effective frequency.

Only 2% of users convert to a sale the first time they've been to the website. But the other 98% got there because they were interested in your product or service. That's a valuable lead that you should be in front of when they're ready to make a decision!
