We are actively hiring a Full-Time Assistant to our production teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the screen printing process, leather , transfers and other areas, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a fun, deadline-driven environment. What We’re Looking For
Someone awesome, energetic, and creative with a passion for hands-on work. A killer work ethic and unparalleled reliability. Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site in Sheridan, Wyoming. Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is a plus but not required—we’ll train the right candidate! Attention to detail and strong troubleshooting skills to ensure high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the screen printing, brother printing and transfer process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality production. Mix inks to achieve the desired colors and consistencies for each project. Maintain and clean printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and durability. Perform quality checks during production to ensure designs meet client expectations and company standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Handle physical tasks and remain on your feet 90% of the day. Adapt to new projects quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Processing leather patches.
