POSITION DETAILS
Location: Shreveport, LA �
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)�
Pay: $20/hour
ABOUT THREE18 MARKETING SOLUTIONS
Three18 Marketing Solutions is a full service marketing agency helping businesses grow through strategic design, branding, digital marketing, social media management and advertising. We also publish Three18 Insider, a monthly general interest magazine serving the Shreveport Bossier community.
We're looking for a creative, detail oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both editorial and marketing design and wants to create work that makes an impact across a variety of mediums and platforms.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in bringing our clients' brands and our magazine to life through creative, professional design.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Design and lay out each monthly issue of Three18 Insider
• Create print advertisements for magazine advertisers and potential advertisers
• Design marketing materials for Three18 Marketing Solutions clients, including:
• Flyers
• Brochures
• Rack cards
• Business cards
• Signage
• Event materials
• Banners
• Direct mail pieces
• Design digital and social media graphics
• Prepare files for professional printing
• Ensure designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality
• Collaborate with our team to meet project deadlines
• Manage multiple projects while staying organized and detail focused
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design hierarchy
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience designing magazines or multi page publications
• Experience preparing files for commercial printing
