That’s exhausting for business owners who are already busy running their companies.

It’s about having a clear strategy and system so your efforts actually support growth instead of feeling like guesswork.

Over the past few weeks I’ve been focused on building the foundation for Get Creative.

Launching the website, updating my Google Business profile, organizing services, and refining the strategy behind what I offer to small businesses.

It’s been a good reminder that strong marketing starts with strong structure.

Before helping other businesses improve their online presence, I wanted to make sure my own systems were built the right way.

There’s still a lot ahead, but it’s exciting to finally be at the stage where the focus shifts from building the foundation to ex*****on.

Most small businesses don’t realize how much their Google Business profile influences whether customers call them or a competitor.

Three simple things every business should check:

• Are your services clearly listed?
• Are you responding to customer reviews?
• Are recent photos uploaded?

Your Google listing is often the first impression customers have of your business.

Keeping it updated and active can dramatically improve how customers discover and trust your company.

If you’re a small business owner, take a few minutes this week and check those three things.

It’s one of the easiest ways to strengthen your online presence.

Cheyenne County is home for Chrissy. She was born and raised here and now has the privilege of raising her own children in the same community. I’m excited to share that Get Creative LLC is now a member of GROW Nebraska and the GROW Nebraska Women’s Business Center.

As a small business owner, having access to resources, education, and a network of other entrepreneurs makes a big difference. Organizations like GROW Nebraska work hard to support and promote businesses across our state, and I’m grateful to be part of that community.

I’m looking forward to learning, connecting with other Nebraska businesses, and continuing to grow Get Creative while helping other small businesses strengthen their marketing and visibility.
