A cherished Silver City tradition for four decades, the Ice Cream Social stands as one of our community's most anticipated summer gatherings, drawing generations of families to celebrate both Independence Day and our shared local traditions.
Enjoy performances by talented local musicians while exploring food and craft vendors and indulging in popcorn, ice cream, sodas, and the famous cake walk. This free-admission celebration offers family activities for all ages in our charming shady courtyard and provides the perfect opportunity to visit our latest exhibits and browse The Museum Store.
