Your brand is NOT your logo, colors, and fonts!
If you’re marketing your real estate business on social media (or any service-based business), this is usually the first thing the gurus tell you to do.🙄
The problem I see business owners having is that they have no idea where to start so they jump on Pinterest and search “real estate logos” for inspiration, pick random colors they like, and choose a handful of fonts they think are cool.
Trust me, I’VE BEEN THERE.🙈
You download some templates, join a marketing membership, and you’re all set, right?
But what usually happens when you sit down to create your content with your new branding and marketing templates?
You don’t have any solid brand guidelines to follow so you waste HOURS either trying to figure out what to say or fiddling around with the colors and fonts.
Instead of doing what you’re meant to be doing with these things which is marketing your business to the right audience.
This is why it’s SO important to lay that foundation of your brand first.
• Who are you marketing to?
• What makes you different?
• Who is your brand on the inside?
• How’s your customer experience looking?
• Have you considered color psychology?
These are what the visual aspects of your brand are developed from.

You’re going to waste time and money on rebranding later instead of creating something that will grow with you no matter what you do.
