Curious and self-motivated, Eli will spend the better half of the spring semester researching opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and pitching the Famous summer internship team to folks who share our ethic. Rounding out our 2026 summer Famous team is Annika Walter, a recent University of South Dakota grad, as our Famous Client Lead intern. Annika has marketed events, wrangled a family aquatic center, and taught life lessons to youngsters through Girls on the Run. Above all, she knows when to keep things Profreshional and when to have a little fun. See you this summer, Annika!

Jeff Gimenez is a stylist, a DJ, and a curator of mid-century modern artifacts. As the owner of Hifi Hair SF, he's blended hair and music to shape a one-of-a-kind space and creative community inside Nordic Hall in downtown Sioux Falls.

Since Jeff has become the unofficial stylist of Fresh Produce, we wanted to learn more about him - so we asked him a few questions about his history as a hairstylist, what inspires him, and how he's seen Nordic Hall return to its roots.

At Fresh Produce, 2025 was the year of “Ideas Need Colonies”—a Mystic Truth that celebrates the people in our community who delight in creativity and make room for others to do the same. One such person is Jeff Gimenez.

And just like that, we’ve made our first Profreshional hire! This summer, we're excited to welcome South Dakota State University student Kaymon Dwire as our Famous copywriter. She leads with curiosity and gave us a good laugh in her application by comparing life to a school lunch line. It was a candid metaphor. And, if you ask Mike, there's nothing more Profreshional than being honest. See you in May, Kaymon!

On the hunt for a convincing Sam Elliot impression, we partnered with Scott Whyte to voice radio for First Fidelity Bank's "Born to Bank" campaign. It went so well that Scott agreed to hop on a second call with us to discuss his craft. To our delight, that call not only revealed a wealth of insights but also our new creative partner as the face of Gunnar Stahl from Mighty Ducks, the voice of a demon in The Conjuring: Last Rites, and a performer in loop groups, such as FAB LOOPERS, for shows like White Lotus, Yellowstone, and 9 Perfect Strangers.
