Meanwhile, 153 mail-in ballots are left on the floor uncounted despite having been mailed prior to election day. Because of Soviet style, one-party rule over our "home-rule" city, our dark-side legislature prohibits counting mail-in ballots that arrive after polls close on election day. Even Mississippi counts mail-ins postmarked before election day. More evidence of a corrupt legislature limiting whose votes get counted. Nice job, Comrades.
