Congratulations Rod!!

Sending a big CONGRATULATIONS out to STC's Land Surveying Science instructors for their recognition by the SDSPLS-South Dakota Society of Professional Land Surveyors. Rod Breitling was named "Land Surveyor of the Year," and adjunct instructor Chad Martinson received an award for an "Outstanding Contribution to the Land Surveying Profession."
