Our client Billion Auto is a sponsor of the Sioux Empire Fair - that gave us an excuse to take our lunch break at the fair yesterday. The last day of the fair is August 14th so hurry on over for some fun at the fair.

Say "El-o" to Ellie! She's the newest member of the e-Team! This smiling face greets everyone who walks in our door. When she's not helping clients she's crunching numbers and compiling A+ reports. She said that if she could have any song play every time she walks into a room it would be, "Here comes the sun" by the Beatles. Let her know what yours is and she'll play it for you when you come to Sterling! :)

Brandon Julson is a graphic designer here at Sterling and is currently deployed with the South Dakota National Guard. Today is Red Shirt Friday, a day to remember everyone deployed, so we put together a video to honor Brandon and show that even though he is far away, we still think of him daily.

Sterling eMarketing is currently hiring a full time Motion Graphic Video Editor to join our team. The motion graphic video editor is responsible for creating high quality retail and social video campaigns that sound out from the crowd. They must possess the skills to bring a concept or script to life through compelling motion video and sound.

Experience, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
-Proficiency (2 years +) with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premier, After Effects, Element 3D, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator and Encoder.
-Knowledge of digital video and audio acquisition and lighting utilizing professional cinema style cameras and lenses.
-Ability to work and thrive within tight deadlines, simultaneously managing multiple projects.
-Ability to work as part of a larger team to accomplish shared objectives.
-Ability to offer creative solutions to best meet video needs.
-Ability to create exciting and compelling video content for TV and online advertising campaigns.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:
-Must be organized and willing to work within an established organizational system that benefits the entire creative department.
-Must be willing to contribute to the maintenance and organization of all production equipment, computers and shared storage environment.
-Must be available for periodic work and travel outside of normal business hours.
-Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
