Today we're highlighting Joan O'Fallon, one of our panelists at the Northwoods Marketing Summit!

Joan is the Director of Communications for Polk-Burnett Electric Cooperative and a strategic communications expert with a career spanning health care, K-12 education, and energy. She holds a Master's degree in Strategic Communication from the University of Minnesota and is Accredited in Public Relations (APR)—meaning she follows the highest ethical standards in the field.
