The work, the emails, the to-do lists…they’ll all be there when you get back. But giving yourself a moment to disconnect, get outside, and reset is good for the soul.

Funny enough, when you return to the chaos… it feels a little more manageable. 🧘‍♀️

As a working mom with a flexible schedule, I could do school drop off and pick up every day.

But my kids ride the bus. 🚌

And here’s the thing — just because we can do everything doesn’t mean we should.

There’s so much pressure to prove we’re present by doing it all. But building a business (and staying sane) sometimes means using the systems and resources available to us.

The bus gives my kids independence.
It gives me focused work time.
And yes… I’ve saved about $100 in gas 😆

Efficiency isn’t neglect.
Boundaries aren’t selfish.
Smart systems are how we grow.

To the working moms building businesses — you’re allowed to do what works. 👏

Self-care isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. 💛 Lately, I’ve been really leaning into slowing down and taking care of me… and Mindful Mobile Massage has become one of my favorite ways to do that.

Chloe comes right to your home, so you get to fully relax and rejuvenate in the comfort of your own space. No rushing, no stress, just calm. 💆‍♀️

I always feel so refreshed afterward, like my body and mind both got a much needed reset.

Man that last week in the fog and freezing temps was really depressing. I’m a valley girl. Grew up there my whole life. It wasn’t until moving to the high desert did I realize how much days without the sun affect me! ☀️ Cheers to a new week, with sunshine! 🥳🥂

C’mon snow! I feel like if it is going to be socked in like this we should at least get some snow. I’m trying to go to Hoodoo and really want to try the rentals from Eurosports for my kiddos!! Hasn’t been above freezing since last Friday! 🥴🥶

A scary day yesterday for our sweet, small town of Sisters. Thankfully no one was killed but a good reminder to always be aware of your surroundings. Breakfast (and a giant mimosa 🤣) at Spoons because we support local.
