Artwork Submission & Payment Disclaimer – Camellia City Threadheadz
By submitting artwork, logos, images, or print-ready files to Camellia City Threadheadz, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
* All files are printed, embroidered, or produced exactly as submitted unless design services have been requested separately.
* Camellia City Threadheadz is not responsible for spelling errors, grammatical mistakes, low-resolution images, poor artwork quality, transparency issues, sizing errors, or other defects contained in customer-supplied files.
* Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork before submission and production.
* Color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, printing methods, fabrics, inks, thread colors, and production processes. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
* Camellia City Threadheadz does not automatically edit, resize, clean up, color-correct, or modify customer artwork unless specifically requested and approved.
* A mockup or proof approval may be required before production begins. This comes at an additional fee. Customers are responsible for verifying all details, including spelling, colors, placement, and sizing.
* Full payment or the required deposit must be received before any printing, embroidery, or production will begin. No orders will be scheduled, printed, or released without payment.
* Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or reprinted due to issues originating from customer-provided artwork.
By uploading files and placing an order, you confirm that you own or have permission to use the submitted artwork and accept full responsibility for its content, quality, and accuracy.
