This is Wayne Barnes. My wife Abbie went home to be with The Lord on 4/7. I appreciate everybody who has texted or called with a message of encouragement. I especially appreciate all those who have been praying for us. On 1-12 she was taken to Nashville with multiple problems. They operated on her for colon cancer. She also had liver cancer but postponed operating for that. She recovered in the hospital for three weeks, then was moved to a nursing home for continued recovery. On 4-2 she was sent back to Nashville . Her cancer had come back and spread rapidly. She was put into icu where she stayed until she left for home. I stayed by her bedside, holding her hand most of the time. I held her hand as she breathed her last breath. I did all I could do for her. A little before 4 pm Monday she left this life for a better one.
I want to thank all of you for everything y’all have done. As for now, the barn is still open. I have two men that I have been training operating the barn for now. I myself might take a little time off to get over this huge loss.
Lord bless you all for your suppport. We all will miss her.

Abbie had surgery last night and came through it fine. She had multiple health issues and it seemed to all snowball to make one giant issue. She has severe diabetes, high blood, aphid, gall bladder and a perforated colon. The doctors have addressed or solved most of the problems and things are looking better. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and words of encouragement. It’s truly humbling to know we had this many people concerned for us . I thank all of you and God bless

This is Wayne. We will be closed this weekend. My wife is in the hospital in Nashville and I need to be with her. I’m sorry for the inconvenience, and hope you will understand. Hopefully, we will both be back at the barn next week, please keep her in your prayers, sincerely, jwb
