One of our largest projects to date, and easily one of the most creatively rewarding.

This commercial property in Downtown Atlanta gave us the opportunity to really stretch beyond our typical scope and collaborate with specialists we don’t normally get to work alongside.

One of my favorite parts of the project was virtually renovating portions of the property within the video itself, allowing potential buyers to visualize what these spaces could look like once completed.

From the planning to the production to the final edit, there were a lot of moving pieces behind this one, and I’m grateful we had the opportunity to bring it all together.

Projects like this are a reminder of how much room there still is to push the boundaries of what real estate media can look like.

For your clients, it captures one of the biggest moments of their lives. For you, it captures something even a great written review can’t — a real client, in a real moment, talking about what it was like to work with you.

And if they’re comfortable collaborating on the post, now you’re introducing yourself to their friends, family, and network through someone they already trust.

The closing might be the end of one transaction, but the content can be the beginning of the next.

There’s a lot to love about this one, but the great room steals the show. 🤍

2047 Drew Valley Rd. Vaulted ceilings, a catwalk overlooking the living room, and windows stacked two stories high.

That open space above the living room could’ve easily become another room. Instead, it became light, height, and a space that actually breathes.

Sometimes the best design decision is knowing what not to build.
