Nonprofits have arguably more complex data needs than most for-profit companies.💯

We sat down to discuss the differences in Episode 11 of RevOps Loop, and here are our top 3 takeaways:

1️⃣ The Margin for Error is Lower
In B2B, a bad migration is a headache.
In nonprofits, a bad migration means missed donations and frustrated supporters. The change management stakes are incredibly high.

2️⃣ Donors Expect Personalization
"Dear Supporter" doesn't cut it.
You need to know their history, their interests, and how they engage.
This requires a website that speaks directly to your CRM.

3️⃣ Avoid the "Black Box"
Many niche nonprofit tools lock your data away.
Always prioritize tools with robust APIs. If you can't get the data out, don't put the data in.
