Overdog Marketing Group LLC is a growing B2B direct marketing company. We are looking for talented and competitive Sales Development Representatives that thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. SDRs will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, closing sales and meeting targets.

Our sales representatives initiate outgoing calls to targeted prospect lists using scripts as guidelines for the calls. Representatives are able to bring their own personality to the calls, build trust, rapport, identify the prospects’ wants/needs and respond to objections in a natural and persuasive manner.

Responsibilities:

Generate a consistent stream of qualified new customer appointments.

Make outbound sales calls to continually refine sales lead list.

Overcome objections using sales and call center techniques.

Set and confirm appointments for outside sales representatives.


Qualifications:

Proven sales experience or call center/telemarketing experience (minimum 2 years preferred)

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Strong listening and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

High school or equivalent (Required)


Full-time and part-time positions are available. Work From Home is also a possibility.
