People love to throw around the phrase “pyramid scheme”… especially when something feels unfamiliar. 🤔

So let’s slow that down for a second.

If this were actually a pyramid scheme…
it wouldn’t still be operating nearly a decade later.
There wouldn’t be a global community.
And there definitely wouldn’t be thousands of real customers purchasing real products every single day. 💧

Because here’s the truth…

A pyramid scheme has no real product.
It survives purely on recruitment.

That’s not what we do.

We get paid when products are sold.
Not when someone signs up.

In fact… you don’t need to build a team at all to earn here.
You can simply share the products and earn from sales. 🙌

Now yes… there is a team-building component.

But that’s called leverage.

It’s the same model used in:
• Sales organizations
• Franchise systems
• Real estate brokerages

It’s how businesses grow without being limited to one person’s time.

So no… it’s not a pyramid.
It’s just a different way of scaling.

The reality is…

Bandit has no idea what a “microwave mentality” is… 🐾

And honestly? He’s better off.

He doesn’t plant something and expect it to grow tomorrow.

He doesn’t go outside once and expect a perfect walk.

He doesn’t try something new and quit because it didn’t “work” in 5 minutes.

He just shows up. Every day.

Same energy. Same loyalty. Same commitment.

Meanwhile… humans? 😅

We start something, give it a few weeks, and if it’s not life-changing yet… we’re already looking for the next thing.

But here’s what I’ve learned (with Bandit quietly judging me from the couch 🐾👀)…

The magic isn’t in starting.

It’s in staying.

I’ve been building my online business for almost 3 years now…
And everything I have today came from consistency, not speed.

So maybe the goal isn’t to move faster…

𝗔𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝗜’𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴…

Most online businesses don’t fail because people aren’t capable.
They fail because the business model itself doesn’t make sense.
And that’s something many commission-based professionals understand better than most.

Let’s talk about a few of the big ones… said with love. 🩵

1️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 “𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁” 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽
Someone finds a product that’s kind of cool…
Then convinces themselves the whole world can’t live without it.
But the reality?
Most people will just buy a cheaper version on Amazon. 📦
And that’s not because the product is bad.
It’s because consumers are practical.

2️⃣ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘄-𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻
A lot of people choose low-ticket products because they think they’ll be easier to sell.
And at first… they are.
But once the excitement fades, you realize you need 30… 40… sometimes 50 new customers every single month just to make decent money. 😳
That’s not really a business.
That’s a hamster wheel with better branding.

3️⃣ 𝗙𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗵
Every few years there’s a new wave of “get rich quick” math.
Crypto ponzis. 🪙
Magic compensation plans. ☕️
“Everyone just recruits 5 people.” 😅
It all looks amazing on a whiteboard.
But the real world still runs on something much simpler:
👉 Real value
👉 Sustainable systems
👉 Consistent work

4️⃣ 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻
Things like gold, metals, or discount travel often sound amazing.
But the margins are incredibly small.
So how do they pay commissions?
Usually with membership fees or markups that quietly defeat the whole purpose of “cheap” gold or “cheap” travel.

And that’s not the kind of business I wanted to be involved in.

And honestly… this is something I had to learn the hard way.

As a Realtor, I’ve lived the reality of commission income for years.
Some months are wonderful.
Closings happen.
Everything feels easy.
And other months remind you just how unpredictable that model can be.
Eventually most commission professionals start asking the same quiet question:
“Is there a smarter way to build income that isn’t reset to zero every month?”

That’s the question that led me to start exploring different business models in the first place.

I’m not saying there’s only one way to build a business.
But I do believe the economics of the model matter more than people realize.

So I chose something different.
A proven model
With high-ticket commissions
And real products people actually want
Not hype.
Not fantasy math.

Just a system that’s been working for years and continues to change lives all over the world. 🌍

Because when the business model actually makes sense…

Everything else gets a whole lot easier.

And that’s the piece most people miss.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

It made me a better mom.

Not because I suddenly became some kind of supermom (far from it). In fact, I’m pretty sure my kids have taught me far more than I ever taught them — often the hard way.

They’ve taught me that the little moments matter.

That being present is never wasted time.

And that while money can always be earned again… time is something you never get back.

Building a business isn’t always easy. But what it has given me is the ability to decide what’s truly important and design my work around that.

Learning boundaries.
Building confidence.
Creating time freedom.

Those things don’t just change your business.

They change the way you show up in every part of your life.

And for that, I’m incredibly grateful.

Over the years, I’ve had many conversations with people who wanted something different in their life… but felt cautious about trying again.

And honestly, that makes sense.

When you’ve been burned before, you learn to protect yourself.

You ask better questions.

You become more discerning.

That isn’t weakness.

That’s wisdom earned through experience.

But here’s the part I always come back to:
Your past experiences don’t have to decide your future.

Sometimes the real turning point isn’t a dramatic leap.

It’s simply being willing to look again with clearer eyes and the quiet courage to believe a different outcome might be possible.

There’s a shift that happens in commission-based careers… and most people don’t talk about it.

You still love what you do.

For me, real estate built relationships, confidence, and opportunity. I’m grateful for it.
