🚨 Business owners: when was the last time you looked through the photos on your Google Business Profile? Not just the ones you uploaded. All of them.
We recently discovered a fraudulent, AI-generated image that had been added by an unknown third party to one of our client’s Google Business Profiles. It looked like it belonged to the business, but included an incorrect phone number.
The account wasn’t hacked. The business didn’t post it. And neither did we.
It was a good reminder that your online presence can’t be “set it and forget it.” Your Google Business Profile, reviews, photos, contact information and other digital touchpoints all deserve regular attention, because customers may not know which content came directly from you and which didn’t.
I’m curious: how often are you checking your Google Business Profile beyond responding to reviews?
I put together a deeper look at what business owners should be monitoring and why it matters here:

Whether you’re monitoring it yourself or have someone keeping an eye on things for you, make sure someone has your back online. 🐝
