Responsibilities include;
-Logging into our Customer Production Suite. Fulfilling order requests with Proofs / Mock-ups. Uploading and sending for approvals.
-Correspondence with Customers Via Phone, Production Suite, Website, and Email.
-Opening and Closing of Show Room including some maintenance such as Cleaning Restroom, Mop or Dusting of the floors as well as disinfecting customer traffic areas.

Job Skills Needed;
-Excellent Communication Skills required for Customer interaction.
-Fluent in Windows 10 PhotoShop and Vector Creation a Must.
-Other Software such as CorelDraw, Flexi-Designer, or Illustrator a Plus.
-Good Communication and Follow Through Skills are necessary.

Other Qualifications;
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid DL.
-High School Diploma or Equivalent.
-Work History Reflecting Design and Customer interaction.

Our custom t-shirt / screen printing & embroidery shop in Sonora is looking for an experienced production assistant to fill our print job preparation and recovery role. We're looking for someone with some screen printing shop experience who, once trained, can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be comfortable getting dirty while working in an industrial-type setting.

Responsibilities will most likely include:

*Ink & tool preparation
*Preparing and reclaiming screens
*Receiving garment shipments
*Tracking inventory
*Staging print jobs
*Organizing and storing films
*Assisting with production as needed
*Helping to clean and organize shop

Must have Reliable Transportation and Drivers License.
