I remember working incredibly hard and still feeling stuck.
Not because I wasn't putting in the effort.
But because somewhere deep down, I didn't believe I was allowed to have more than I already had.
I grew up watching people I loved struggle with money.
And without realizing it, I absorbed a belief that wanting more made you greedy.
That being ambitious made you selfish.
That people like me didn't get to live like that.
So I kept working hard.
And kept staying exactly where I was.
Because part of me was sabotaging every step forward to protect myself from a version of success I secretly felt I didn't deserve.
That wasn't a strategy problem.
It was a permission problem.
And here's what I had to learn the hard way…
You can work yourself to the bone and still not build wealth if you don't believe, at a core level, that you're allowed to have it.
The moment I stopped chasing money and started examining what I actually believed about deserving it, everything shifted.
Not slowly.
Suddenly.
Because wealth doesn't start in your bank account.
It starts in what you believe is possible for someone like you.
And that can be one of the most uncomfortable truths to sit with.
So I'll ask you what I had to ask myself…
What do you believe, deep down, that you actually deserve?
