For over 20 years, I worked as a project manager for the federal government. I managed large-scale operations, worked across departments, and helped solve complex problems every day. I was good at what I did…
But deep down, I knew I was meant for more. I had always been the person people came to for help. Whether it was friends, coworkers, or entrepreneurs — they’d ask:
“How do I do this?”
“What’
s the best way to fix this?”
“How do I get better results?”
It lit a fire in me. Because helping people win — giving them clarity, strategy, and real solutions — was what I really loved. And then everything changed in 2020. My father passed away. He was a business owner himself, and the person who always pushed me to pursue more — to get my MBA, to start something of my own, to stop playing it safe. He was also an insurance broker during part of his entrepreneurial journey — and I watched firsthand as he struggled to grow, to stand out, and to get the consistent flow of leads he needed to thrive. So I made a decision. This agency? This isn’t just a career move. It’s how I’m honoring my dad’s legacy — by stepping fully into the role I knew I was meant for, and helping others avoid the pain points he experienced. I didn’t start with a side hustle. I started with a decision. I taught myself web design. Built sites for friends. Used my degree in applied statistics and market research from the University of Michigan to dig into the data —
to really understand what works. But the villain? It was fear. Fear of losing stability. Fear of failing. Fear of not being enough. The turning point came when I met the owner of a medical supply company. Our kids played soccer together. I told him about the business I was building, and he gave me a shot. I was honest — told him I was new. I laid out the plan. No hype. No fluff. We launched the strategy. Tracked the data. And six months later, he told me: “We’ve doubled our online sales.”
That was my epiphany:
Most business owners aren’t scared of digital marketing…
They’re just tired of BS. They need someone who can speak their language. Someone who doesn’t overpromise or overcomplicate things. Someone who can translate strategy into results. That’s when I built what is now our proprietary lead gen system — using display ads, behavior-based targeting, and automated delivery into clients’ calendars or booking systems. It’s simple. It works. And it’s allowed me to help clients in multiple industries — from chiropractors to roofing companies to med spas — grow their businesses by 200–300%. So why life insurance agencies? Because the model you operate on — high-performance sales teams, a hunger for reliable appointments, and a need for scalable growth — is exactly what our system was designed to support. I’ve also seen firsthand, through my father’s journey as an insurance broker, how tough it can be to break through and grow in this space. We’ve worked with other service-based industries that share your same challenges: unpredictable pipelines, wasted lead spend, and overburdened producers. Our approach fixes all of that. And now we’re bringing those proven systems to independent life insurance agencies who are ready to grow with structure. The transformation? Externally: I’ve built a business from the ground up. One that’s sustainable, growing, and truly helping people. Internally: I’ve gone from cautious and stuck — to fulfilled, confident, and free. I’m no longer just managing projects. I’m building legacies — mine, and my clients’. And I’d love to hear more about your journey on our upcoming call. Talk soon,
