🌟 CHAMBERSOUTH SOCIAL MEDIA SPOTLIGHT: DR. YIANNI VASSILIOU 🌟

Today, we’re putting the spotlight on Dr. Yianni Vassiliou, Chancellor of Albizu University’s Miami Campus, an accomplished higher education leader dedicated to expanding educational opportunities, advancing student success, and preparing students for an evolving workforce.

With nearly three decades of experience in higher education, Dr. Vassiliou has held leadership positions at institutions including the University of Miami, St. Thomas University, Miami Dade College, Montgomery County Community College, and the Maricopa Community Colleges. He holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University and has built his career around student-centered leadership, strategic enrollment management, workforce development, innovation, and community partnerships.

As Chancellor, Dr. Vassiliou is helping lead Albizu University’s Miami Campus into its next chapter, with an emphasis on academic innovation, emerging technologies, culturally responsive education, community partnerships, and programs designed to prepare students for meaningful careers. Under his leadership, the campus continues to build upon Albizu’s longstanding strengths in psychology, behavioral and mental health, communication sciences, education, and human services while expanding into new areas that respond to the changing workforce.
