Buyers Market? Not quite yet. Absorption is a gross measurement of whats on offer, what has sold. This represents the 4 counties in our area—the number on the left shows how many months it would take to sell whats available. Market is getting more stable, but 6 months is considered a buyers market for absorption rate—none of our market counties are there yet.
Regardless, some great opportunities are out there—at many price points—if the Pinehurst area interests you, please reach out for info!

An eventful May! Working with the excellent Bonnie Baker and her clients, a family trust, I was able to secure a wonderful home in the desired location for my clients the Herseths. Amidst an exceptionally tight inventory market, we were able to work out all difficulties, get the sellers what they wanted and get my buyers a home where they will enjoy many happy seasons...everybody wins!
