If you have tried to call us this morning, my phone is still working and will be back up.shortly, if you need immediate assistance please call my cell (Mike) at 901-540-3745. And also NEVER use ACN for your business phone. They sold my account to a company call intermedia but screwed up the pa0er work and still have billed me since they sold it in December without my knowledge now intermedia cut my phone and will not give me any info because they say I'm not the account holder. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get it straightened out and ACN says it may take 24 to 48 hours to relieve a call from a supervisor. Intermedia won't do anything until ACN calls them. So yeah I may still not have a phone tomorrow either.
