If I was a realtor trying to grow my business in 2026, I wouldn’t spend my time posting boring house tours and hoping for the best.
I’d showcase the best features of every listing, run ads behind my content, build an email list with a local guide, stay top of mind through weekly emails, get involved in my community, dominate YouTube search, and answer every question buyers and sellers are already asking.
Most realtors are trying to look like realtors.
I’d focus on becoming the local expert.
Because when someone is ready to move, they don’t hire the realtor with the nicest business card.
They hire the one they know, like, and trust.
