Common Threads would like give a big shout out to Robbie Swofford of Spartanburg Emergency Management and Fire Marshall Tyler Martin of Holly Springs Fire Department. These outstanding gentlemen have been working hard over the last few weeks with the volunteers and victims helping Western North Carolina recover from Hurricane Helene.

They provided Common Threads with a list of items requested by those in the area. With the help of outstanding partners like adidas, Parsons-Kellogg, Colburn & Colburn Dentistry, and individual donations we were able to send several cartons of gloves, drop cords, safety gear, clothes and other apparel, and assorted foods into the affected areas.

Thanks to everyone for doing a small part to help our neighbors in North Carolina.
