North Rowan wants a Waffle House Diner

What's stopping you from enjoying a waffle lathered up with syrup? The distance, maybe, but we're trying to fix that for North Rowan where exit 81 at interstate 85 has prime real-estate for just the Waffle House you're looking for.

In fact, with Town of Spencer right around the and Town of East Spencer right next-door, between interstate traffic, industry workers at Chewy and the lack of any diner on the north end to choose from, this would be a legendary development moving forward with a yellow sign to prove it:

The Town of Spencer is currently undergoing their promised portion of Yadkin River Park on the Rowan County side of Wilcox Bridge right up the interstate from our proposed third Waffle House location on Long Ferry Road.

With this project in addition to the planned Downtown Central Park for Spencer to take part in constructing for it's local residents and community events, our little diner serves as the perfect hop and a skip destination for some good fast food:

Someone pinch the County Commissioners, if big corporations can get incentives to come then maybe that should include other means of business in the I-85 corridor. Think about it.

Commercial growth being backed by a tax base gamble by political leaders is reasonable if done properly. Nobody wants to see a Waffle House tank like the Carolina Panthers new training facility in Rock Hill but a new set of incentivized deals for pit-stop-go destinations could boost the economy in itself and serve as first-time jobs for many people getting out of school and into the world.

With Rowan County on the rise with the battle of the costs between warehouses and manufacturing facilities popping up anywhere from Long Ferry Road to Hwy 152 in China Grove, more will follow.

Let's utilize that growth and treat ourselves with a Waffle instead:

What's better? You can get that or anything else on the menu anytime of the day or night. The diner never stops serving breakfast to its loyal customers and is always eager to satisfy that hunger.

Don't be hangry, lets bring a Waffle House to Long Ferry Road and dominate the fast food industry before another franchise beats us to the punch on prime real-estate property next to I-85.
