Most businesses don’t realize why their ad budget disappears.

EVERY PERSON IS CRUCIAL

I remember being a sophomore at Malone and getting dragged into drumming for this youth conference in the middle of Erie, PA for EPIC not having any idea what I was getting into. Anyone who has ever attended (survived) an EPIC leaves exhausted and energized at the same time with a million ridiculous stories and normally a box of Raising Canes to celebrate getting to sleep in your own bed again. Drumming, getting crossed up in basketball, leading worship, I do miss those days of getting to go every year.

Although I don’t attend the conference anymore, I love getting to help out with the creative for the conference every year and this was all the assets for 2025.

6 years ago today, I started LAIRD CRTV—honestly, I had no clue what I was doing. I was just creating for fun, and it felt like things were moving super slow. There were definitely times when I wondered if this whole thing was actually going anywhere. But looking back now, wow… things have come a long way.

Now, Token is here with a clear vision and path forward. It’s crazy to see how far things have come, and it’s proof that if you’re faithful to work on something, even just for fun, you never know where it can take you.

So, if you’re building something—no matter how small or unpolished—keep at it. You might just surprise yourself with what’s possible.
