And before you come for me… I get it.

✨ PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Solstice Leadership ✨

When Sarah first came to me, the name for her business was different. The messaging was different. The vision was there, but like so many of my clients, it was still waiting to be fully uncovered.

Together, we went deeper.

We explored her story, her leadership journey, the turning points that shaped her, and the impact she wanted to create for the leaders she serves.

What emerged wasn’t just a new website, business name, or logo.

It was a brand that felt more authentic, aligned, and unmistakably her.

Inspired by the symbolism of a solstice—a season of transition, reflection, and transformation—we created a brand that feels timeless, refined, and intentional. From the lighthouse imagery representing guidance through change to the navy, gold, and coastal-inspired palette, every detail was chosen to reflect the depth of Sarah’s work and the leaders she supports.

And while the branding carries meaning and emotion, the website itself was designed with something equally important in mind:

✔️ A clear user experience
✔️ Thoughtful messaging that guides visitors through the journey
✔️ A clean, uncluttered design

Because a beautiful website should do more than look good—it should help people find what they need, understand what you do, and take the next step with confidence.

One of my favorite things Sarah shared in her launch post was:

And she’s right.
