La Presa Airway Heights owner and chef has two words to describe the restaurant’s first Cinco De Mayo since being named Spokane’s Best Mexican Restaurant – beautiful chaos.

“It didn’t stop until I got home at midnight last night,” Clint said. “We didn’t stop getting customers at tables until like 9:30, and we closed at 9:00 pm. We ran out of everything, and I mass prepared everything. It was awesome!"

At 5:30 pm, I stopped to get this photo. The restaurant’s parking lot was full. People waited in line outside and inside. They called in every staff member for La Presa’s busiest night ever.

Congratulations to the Airway Heights Police Department! After seeing their social media post, KHQ Local News featured the Police Adventure League on TV, the web, and on social media. The Police Adventure League helps teenagers build trusting relationships with law enforcement through outdoor recreation. Participants build self-confidence by challenging their limitations while learning to work as a team and independently.

A word of caution about social media - ---->

If you are adding your interns, your receptionist, maybe your lawn guy, to your social media page, please do so cautiously. Facebook has many layers one must now go through in order to be removed from a page.

Meta Business is there to protect the page owner. If your page is not set up correctly, removing admin users can be very challenging. You will have to wait for people to "approve," - yes, "approve" removal of themselves.

Seems funny, doesn't it? You have someone who left or hasn't shown up to work in 2 weeks, and you part ways. If your page isn't set up correctly, it's hard to remove people.

We spend a lot of time helping businesses fix this.
