All creations are hand crafted to order. Most creations (including tumblers) take several days/weeks to complete. The average turn around time for a custom tumbler order is a minim of 3 weeks, sometimes sooner sometimes longer depending on the amount of orders we are working on. Please be patient while we create your hand crafted item. We do our best to make sure each and every tumbler gets the individual attentions it needs so we can deliver the best quality product to you! By purchasing you agree and understand the processing time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tumblers- All our tumblers are double walled vacuum sealed and stainless steel. We will be offering a wide variety of sizes and shapes. These tumblers keep your drinks ICE COLD for a very very long time, They also keep drinks nice and warm. We only use the highest quality products, epoxy, glitter, vinyl, clay, paints and other mediums to hand craft your items. There is a lot of time effort and precision that goes into each of our products, we do our best to deliver to you a perfect product! Due to the hand crafted nature of our products, no two products will be exactly the same, and may contain very very minor imperfections. Tumblers are NOT Dishwasher safe, NOT Microwave safe, and should never be soaked in hot or cold water, HAND WASH and dry only! Tumbler can and will crack if dropped, we are not responsible for the product once the customer has received it. Pricing- Contact us for your personalized quote. Pricing will depend on size of tumbler and design. For the most part we will list a price with the tumbler. We cannot offer free shipping at this time, but we will combine shipping, also we will be shipping USPS priority mail only, if you would like to pay for expedited shipping let us know. Approximate pricing will start at $45.00 plus shipping cost. (again pricing all depends on size of tumbler, design, and time it will take to create your one of a kind item)
Payments- Your order is not officially placed untill you pay for the item. ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED we will begin working on your order. We require full payment up front, minus the cost of shipping which will be determined the day your tumbler is mailed. we will send an invoice for the exact cost of shipping priority mail. Local pick-up is available, contact us to make arrangements. We are currently accepting, facebook pay, Venmo, Cash app, Cash, Check, and I believe we can send an invoice thru our squared up page so you can pay with any card you like.
