What does Nike have? A swoosh. ✔️

You see it, you know exactly what brand it is. They don't have to put NIKE in giant letters across everything for you to recognize it.

And that's something I kept coming back to during today's Cookies & Content class about Canva and branding.

Your business needs that same kind of recognition!

I'm not saying you need to be Nike. 😂 But when someone is scrolling through Facebook and your post pops up, I want them to recognize YOUR business before they even read the caption.

Your logo. Your colors. Your fonts. Your overall look.

Not a different AI generated graphic every single time you post. Not 15 fonts, 12 colors, and a million things happening in one image.

Just YOUR brand, showing up consistently.

And here's the thing. You don't have to be a graphic designer to make that happen!

Today we talked about using Canva to create simple, recognizable graphics and reusable templates that make creating content SO much easier.

And guess what? I'm gonna keep doing it!

Because here's the thing... Not everyone sees every post. Not everyone knows what you offer. And just because someone didn't need your services yesterday doesn't mean they won't need them tomorrow!

One of the biggest things I try to teach other small business owners is that you cannot expect people to support a business they don't even know exists!

I have officially decided I want to teach MORE. 💜
Cookies & Content started as a little experiment.
Get some small business owners together.
Eat cookies.
Talk about content.
Make marketing feel a little less overwhelming.
But it has turned into something bigger.
I love teaching this stuff.
I love watching business owners realize they CAN understand Google, content, AI, visibility, websites and social media without needing a marketing degree.
So I am beginning to open up CCFY workshops beyond my current series.
Business groups.
Networking organizations.
Coworking spaces.
Local businesses.
Chambers.
Entrepreneur groups.
And yes, I am absolutely willing to travel.

This is becoming my favorite part of CCFY.
Sitting in a room with business owners and watching that moment happen when something finally CLICKS.

Not because I gave them some giant complicated marketing strategy.

Usually it is because somebody finally explained it in normal human language. 😂

That is what I want these workshops to be.
Practical.
Understandable.
Useful the second you leave the room.
And judging by the conversations I have been having after these classes...

I think I found something I really love doing. 💜

Small business owners hear this constantly:
Post more.
Make more Reels.
Be on every platform.
Post every day.
But here is the problem.
If someone lands on your page and still cannot figure out what you sell, who it is for, or how to buy it...
MORE content is not fixing that.
Before worrying about how often you are posting, make sure your business is clear.
Can someone understand what you do in a few seconds?
Can they tell how to work with you?
Can they find the information they need?
That is visibility.
And sometimes fixing THAT matters more than another Reel. 💜
