Happy Friday, everyone! It's Lexy, your devoted Publisher :) Heart Disease is still the number one killer among Americans. Last January, my mother fell unconscious due to an issue with her pacemaker and spent a week in the hospital. I'm attending to re-learn correct CPR. Come join me!

We are one week away and we couldn't be more excited to share the vision and passion of HEARTSafe Tri-Cities with you all!

In this month's issue, in addition to honoring our Spring Lake Senior Class, we also highlighted the SLHS Boys' Swim Team's exceptional season. Led by Head Coach Mike Homan, this team went 11-0 in the season, 4th in State, and were the 200yd Freestyle State Champs!!
“This team was different from day one,” Homan said. “The 2025–2026 team had a team/family first atmosphere. Everyone shared the goal of pushing one another, being accountable, and stepping up when needed.”

As they prepare to turn the page to a new chapter, we know their future is filled with endless possibilities. Join us in honoring the Class of 2026 as they walk across the stage at graduation at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 27, at Trinity Health Arena in downtown Muskegon. 🎓
