Turning a Backpack into Memorable CSID Education 🎒

Rizco designed a dimensional back-to-school mailer for Sucraid® (sacrosidase) Oral Solution®, which turned a familiar backpack into a powerful awareness tool for Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency (CSID).

At first glance, it looked like a brightly illustrated backpack, but it opened to reveal a 24-inch-tall child, symbolizing the hidden burden of CSID and reframing pediatricians' view of persistent GI symptoms.

Symptom messaging and a QR-driven call to action guided providers to learn more, while four inclusive versions ensured broad representation across pediatric patients. This project shows how unexpected, tactile design can transform clinical education into a truly memorable experience.
