We are seeking an 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and painting sign material using professional spray gun techniques in a controlled paint booth environment.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Prepare material for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve a flawless finish.
- Apply paint using spray guns in accordance with industry standards and safety procedures.
- Maintain the paint booth, spray equipment, and tools to ensure top-quality results.
- Inspect completed work to verify quality and consistency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Proven experience as an automotive painter (minimum 1 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of automotive paints, finishes, and spray gun applications.
- Ability to mix paints to achieve accurate color matches.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a paint booth environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
