Reaching back in the vault for this classic after . A few years back when I was first starting I got the chance to kick it with on this logo for an educational art event. Created a logo, a few character explorations, and a killer tote bag, and did some event photo work to put the cherry on top. The tote bags were a hit and the event was highly attended. Cheers Art Council!

To help kick off the Route 66 Centennial with Visit Springfield, Missouri, Camp Ape partnered on a campaign focused on getting people out into the city and actively exploring the Mother Road.
Our role centered on designing collectible merchandise—shirts and stickers—that connected directly to the Route 66 Digital Pass. As users checked in at locations and earned points, these pieces became part of the experience—turning exploration into something you could both feel and take with you.

Throwing this out there for 2026 — I’m looking to collaborate more.

At Camp Ape we want to work alongside people in sports & entertainment, tourism, attractions, outdoor brands, and food & beverage.

If you know someone building something cool in those spaces, I’d love an intro.

Budgets don’t always have to be massive — a lot of our favorite projects started small and turned into great long-term relationships. The goal is just making good work with good people.

Coffee anyone?

Visit Springfield had a coffee trail. It had caffeine, it had stops, it had a map. But it didn’t have a spark it needed. The brand was sleepy—like that sad half-cup of cold brew you forgot on the counter. Our job? Give it a jolt strong enough to keep the whole Ozarks buzzing over a cup of joe.

We kicked around a few shirt designs for our friends this spring at . Thanks for going on a hike this year and hopefully they’ll be more trails to adventure on.

“Watch for Deers” is based on the Midwest goodbye in ’s eyes. It’s the thing you say when folks leave and head on their way back home. It’s a line about caring about each other.

“Live in Springfield” is a spin on that classic starbucks “been here” mug that we all consume and love. Mixed with symbols and icons that remind us why we live in.
