Brands are pouring money into ads in 2026, and a lot of it is just burning.

60% of that spend is actually hitting people who were never going to buy anyway.

We’re headed toward $800 billion in global digital ad spend this year. Eight. Hundred. Billion.

And a chunk of it is just… “vibes”.

That’s a staggering number. But bigger budgets don’t fix broken strategy.

Segmentation isn’t optional anymore; it’s foundational.

I’ve seen it firsthand, brands investing in louder, not smarter. AI-generated creative (🙄) that’s off-brand and tone-deaf.
