Which type of marketing leader are you? When you're tasked with putting together a content marketing strategy for your company, your first instinct is to:
a.) Hustle and do it all yourself! You're a team of one and you're used to taking the reins.
b.) Spend several months planning. It's more important to get it right than to get it done fast.
c.) Outsource it -- you've got other fish to fry.
d.) Run for the hills!
If you chose A: You're a Renaissance Marketer. There's no task too big or too small for you, and you've been told you're a jack of all trades. Your motto: "Done is better than perfect!" Your downfall: you tend to overextend yourself until you hit burnout.
If you chose B: You're a Shadow Marketer. You prefer a calm and quiet approach, working steadily and deliberately until your strategy is ready to see the light of day. Your motto: "It can always be better." Your downfall: Perfectionism keeps you from taking risks, and sometimes even prevents you from getting the job done.
If you chose C: You're a Marketing Maven. You know when to do the work and when to lean on others for support. Your motto: "I surround myself with people smarter than me." Your downfall: Because you're busy coordinating contractors and agencies to see your plan to fruition, you may struggle getting cohesion within your plans.
If you chose D: You're a Wolf in Marketer's Clothing! Be free, howl at the moon, quit your job, and find your true calling! You got this.

Also, if you're curious, I tend to oscillate between "A" and "B" above. A recovering perfectionist, I like to say.
