So out of my 61 followers on this page who would like meetings to be held virtually through Facebook live or Zoom? I really don't have a preference as I have done both before.

Looking to start this next week on either Tuesday or Wednesday at 10 am Central time/11 am Eastern and 8 am Pacific. If you have any other dates or times you would like to meet just let me know. I would love to do an evening session, however, I am generally in bed by 8 pm. We'll figure something out though.

Who else agrees??

There are survivors reading this who are in the position of being told to seek help for their PTSD— from the very institutions & organizations that caused their PTSD.

We need (way) more trauma recovery services not affiliated with major medical institutions or the military.

So folx with virtual meetings during the bs pandemic I’m now thinking of holding weekly meetings virtually. For those of you who live in the surrounding area in person meetings. Lmk your thoughts and if you would be on board with meeting this way? I’m thinking about Wednesdays 10am central time. Location tbd but open to suggestions.
