A couple weeks ago I attended an event called Networkathon for St. Louis business owners.
I totally forgot to register and also had ran out of business cards. I scrambled to find a little notepad and pen (also forgetting phones are a thing nowadays 😄)
This year I’m working hard to “not put up a zero.” I heard this in a podcast recently with James Clear, author of atomic habits and it really stuck with me.
Making effort when it’s not perfect and not your best day actually matters more than the days where everything goes perfectly and you feel fantastic. Putting up something on the board on the crappy days propels you forward because it builds grit and discipline, even if it’s showing up in the smallest way. 🙂↕️
Dm me if you want the link to the podcast episode! It was fantastic!! 🙌🏼
