PHASE 1 — THE SCIENCE

2️⃣ Select disclosure frameworks (ISSB, GRI, CSRD considerations)
3️⃣ Gather & validate data (Scope 1-3, audit-ready documentation)

PHASE 2 — THE ART
4️⃣ Develop narrative (leadership messaging, strategic storytelling)
5️⃣ Design report experience (visual hierarchy, accessibility, UX)
6️⃣ Prepare & publish (interactive PDF, microsite, digital tagging)
7️⃣ Communicate & engage (investor relations, employee comms, PR)

Each step builds on the last. Skip one, and the whole structure weakens.
