There’s something pretty special about seeing some of the Midwest’s best chefs come together.

For the final Cowboy Night Market of the season, is welcoming Chef Jeff Chanchaleune () of and in Oklahoma City to .stl for a one-night-only collaboration on Wednesday, October 14th.

Both were named James Beard Award finalists this year, and after meeting during James Beard Awards weekend, they knew they wanted to cook together. Now, they’re bringing that collaboration to St. Louis, celebrating the Thai and Lao flavors, family recipes, and stories that have shaped their cooking.

It feels like the perfect way to close out a season that’s been all about experimenting, creating, and giving us a taste of what has been working toward.

We’re incredibly proud to work with Nick and even more excited for what’s ahead with .stl. The Midwest food scene is something special, and we feel pretty lucky to have a front-row seat.

Summers are always a bit chaotic with project work and covering for each other so we can squeeze in summer vacations, so we end the summer with a few hours at my parents’ house. It’s our time to just relax and touch grass as the kids say. 😂

It’s our time to connect and frankly do nothing. Missing a few, but it was a lovely sleepy afternoon with each other and our kiddos this year! My dad made us some delicious smashburgers, we enjoyed the water and outdoors, played cards & did some arts & crafts. The perfect way to reset for the quarter ahead and get ready for 2027 planning and the crazy holiday season. 💫
