Our Story

goBRANDgo! is a marketing company for $25–250M privately held companies whose owners are in their 50s and 60s and are looking to make a successful leadership transition.

Although our company traces its roots back to as early as 2003, the magic really started to happen back in 2010, when a young Derek Weber and a young Brandon Dempsey decided to join forces. Derek’s offline marketing company and Brandon’s web development company were united under one flag. And that flag had a go!-stamp on it.

With a mission to empowergize (a made up word meaning empower & energize) entrepreneurs, we’ve grown a lot over the past decade or so. We’ve found our tribe specializing in helping manufacturing and distribution companies evolve as the marketplace shifts with technological advancements and macroeconomic trends. We also know that there’s no better weapon than a great brand when companies go to compete.

So, how do we do it? Armed with our core values, trusty laptops, strategic thinking, and creativity, we cultivate unusually close relationships with our clients as their bolt-on marketing department (trusted advisors, therapists, and sometimes their hit-it-with-a-pretty-stick-n-get-it-done team). Bottom line? We love each other, we love our clients, and we love what we do.
